I have broad experience with molecular biology and immunology research, including work with DNA, RNA, protein, immune assays, microscopy (fluorescence and confocal), MRI, multicolour flow cytometry, implantation (mice and rats), transfection, lentivirus mediated gene modification of cell lines, iPS cell culture, bacteria culture, next generation sequencing (Miseq) and high throughput data analyses (RNAseq).
