Testing physical, motor and mental capacities and performance is central to all performance development. It functions as one of the management instruments for the development process and training planning. In this subject, there will be a focus on understanding and the area of ​​application for the various test methods that can be used to evaluate physical fitness, performance and health for different individuals and at different levels.
The course should mainly provide broad knowledge about what characterizes a good test in sports and how various factors can affect test results. It will also focus on why you want to test, areas of use for various tests, and examples.
The student must be admitted to the study program for Skill and Performance Development in Sports. It is also possible to apply for single course.

The subject will consist of 80% digital lectures with assignments and 20% practice and testing linked to these.

The students evaluate the study program annually through course and study program evaluations. These evaluations are included as part of the university's quality assurance system.
