Fitness Testing and Coaching Technology

IDR2004
Fitness testing and analysis of the data collected can provide a wide range of useful effects for those who work in sports and various health-related professions. Although it may be demanding in terms of implementation requirements and analysis of collected data, there are many contexts in which it is well worth the effort that is required. The testing is used for planning appropriate training to be implement by different athletes/contestants. At the same time, these tests can tell something about what kind of performance a person will have in relation to various sports and physical activities. Likewise, these tests are used to say something about the effects of training that is implemented through the development from one test to the next being documented. Those who master these tests and who learn to use the technology and the results of the tests actively for training and physical activity increase their professional insight and become more effective and focused as instructors.
