¿ Can plan, implement and evaluate high level training in selected sports.
¿ Can evaluate the importance of different forms of feedback in the coach role.
¿ Can critically analyze the talent concept and talent selection.
SKILL
Candidate
¿ Can organize and evaluate training situations with a view to the participants' learning outcomes in a broad sense. Be able to convey crucial skills in selected sports.
¿ Can individualize learning and training situations based on the participants' level and background
¿ Are familiar with and be able to apply different types of guidance in their practice practice
¿ Have the ability to reflect on own values, sports values ¿¿and possible dilemmas in the coaching process
GENERAL COMPETENCE
Candidate
¿ Has the ability to analyze the trainer's role in selected sports from the theoretical perspective in social science subjects in sports
Assignments
The students must produce 3 ¿ 4 assignments, which can be written homework assignments, in-class tests, or oral presentations.
Evaluation: pass or fail.
The assignment must be validated (pass) before a student is allowed to take the exam.
Attendance
Minimum 80% participation in practical activities, laboratory tuition and student presentations. Evaluation: pass or fail.
Final exam
Oral exam. 30 minuts. Individual. Internal and external examiner. Evaluation A-F
100 % of grade setting
