Learning outcome:

  • advanced knowledge of company law
  • in-depth knowledge of the special characteristics of the different types of companies, with particular emphasis on limited liability companies

Proficiency:

  • be able to recognize the legal and economic issues related to company law
  • formulate reasoning based on legal method
  • recognise differences between the different types of companies, with particular emphasis on the form of liability and equity transactions

General competence:

  • be able to reflect on ethical issues associated with corporate law issues
  • be able to work independently and in groups and present company law issues to others
  • have a sufficient basis for acquiring and understanding updates and changes in company law
