Learning outcome:
- advanced knowledge of company law
- in-depth knowledge of the special characteristics of the different types of companies, with particular emphasis on limited liability companies
Proficiency:
- be able to recognize the legal and economic issues related to company law
- formulate reasoning based on legal method
- recognise differences between the different types of companies, with particular emphasis on the form of liability and equity transactions
General competence:
- be able to reflect on ethical issues associated with corporate law issues
- be able to work independently and in groups and present company law issues to others
- have a sufficient basis for acquiring and understanding updates and changes in company law
