Knowledge, Learning and Development in Organizations
The course builds on the previous course (MKL110), and provides students with insight into different perspectives on knowledge, learning and development in organisations. This includes learning theories at individual, group and organisational levels. The sharing of knowledge, knowledge development and learning are linked to different types of social and organisational practices. The goal is for students to develop an understanding of how different factors affect learning and development processes in organisations, and thereby become prime movers for development and learning in their own organisation. The course will have a practical starting point, where students will reflect on how their own organisation develops its learning environment. Furthermore, through critical reflection and various theories, students will develop an understanding of their own and others’ managerial practices. Other relevant cases will also be used. Students are trained to develop as agents of change towards the goal of becoming reflected practitioners.
One session will take place at the Copenhagen Business School campus in Copenhagen.
In accordance with the regulations of 2005 concerning the requirements for a master's degree from section 5 of the Ministry of Education and Research: The admission requirements for experience-based master's degrees of 90 or 120 credits are the following:

- cand.mag.
- other degree or vocational training of a minimum 3 years in scope
