Students will on successful completion of the course be able to understand the most relevant principles and practices in order to promote learning and competence development in organizations.
General admission.
Students will be able to:
- understand the most relevant principles and practices to promote learning and resource development
- understand important processes of knowledge management.
- apply professional knowledge to make well founded choices related to the acquisition, development and mobilization of expertise in organizations.
- identify and analyze challenges related to learning and knowledge management in organizations.
No costs except semester registration fee and syllabus literature.
A compulsory course for the Human Resource Management, one year programme and the Bachelor of Organization and Management. Elective for other students at the Nord University satisfying the prerequisites to take the course

Annual evaluations which are included in the university´s quality assurance system.
