Organizational Psychology
The purpose of this course is to give students a basic understanding and knowledge of organizational psychology, personnel management, resource development and restructuring of organizations.
Students will on successful completion of the course be able to:
- demonstrate knowledge of organizational psychological processes, so that students can understand, predict and influence behavior in organizations
- understand the various principles lying behind motivating employees
