This subject is compulsory for students taking Bachelor in International Relations
The subject is open for those with general study competence/study skills after Norwegian regulations
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge about the international arena based on theoretical and empirical analysis.
- Basic knowledge in international relations and Foreign Policy.
- Basic knowledge in Norwegian security and foregin politics
Skills:
- Be able to discuss in depth principles in International Relations in a theoretical matter
- Gain skills (in both oral and writing performances) in academic topics like Security and Foregin Policy.
- Gain skills in discussing prosesses and structures on the International arena
General Competence:
- General competence related to the subjcet International Politics
- General competence related to understanding the basis for how and why states act on The International arena
