Financial Reporting, Analysis and Firm Valuation

REG1001
Students are given practical guidance in accounting that will enable students to self valuing companies and assets. The course covers both valuations for transaction purposes and the specific requirements for valuations for accounting, tax and corporate law purposes. Students get a solid review of the practical application of valuation models that are central in finance, economics, accounting and auditing.
No costs except semester registration fee and syllabus literature.
Compulsory
Lectures as well as group sessions with assistant teachers.
The study programme is evaluated annually by students by way of course evaluation studies (mid-term evaluation and final evaluation). These evaluations are included in the university's quality assurance system.
