Financial Reporting, Analysis and Firm Valuation

REG1001
The students are given in the first part of the course, an introduction to tax for limited liability companies, equity, cash flow and accounting analysis. This forms the basis for the second part of the course, that will enable students to self valuing companies and assets. Students get a review of the practical application of valuation models that are central in finance, economics, accounting and auditing.
Paid semester fee and syllabus literature. It is also required that students have a laptop at their disposal.
Compulsory
Lectures as well as group sessions with assistant teachers.
The study programme is evaluated annually by students by way of course evaluation studies. These evaluations are included in the university's quality assurance system.
