Labour Law

RET1002
The course provides an introduction to employment law, and gives the student an understanding of the relationship between employee and employer. The course includes a review of the rules on appointment, interpretation and conclusion of employment contracts, the employer and employee rights and conditions for dismissal and resignation.
No costs except semester registration fee and syllabus literature.
Compulsory.
Lectures, group work and individual assignments.
The study programme is evaluated annually by students by way of course evaluation studies (mid-term evaluation and final evaluation). These evaluations are included in the university's quality assurance system.
