The course covers the following main topics: Introduction to property registers, Calculation of registration fees, Processing and reconciliation of client funds, Calculation rules for stamp duty, Calculation of interest and the distribution of client interest, Pro and contra settlement, Deletion of documents. Settlement of individual property deals: Real Estate, Property projects (new construction), Percentage of Houses, Equity Apartments, Forced sale, Licensing provisions, Over-encumbered properties

On successful completion of the course, students will possess the following knowledge and skills:
Knowledge:
- Have knowledge of various aspects related to the settlement of property transactions, including requirements for content and the implementation of the settlement, including both traditional and more special settlement forms and rules.
- Know the rules that underlie the processing of entrusted funds (client funds).
Skills:
- Be able to implement the settlement of various types of property transactions.

The study programme is evaluated annually by students by way of course evaluation studies (mid-term evaluation and final evaluation). These evaluations are included in the universitys quality assurance system.

- Reprint of laws and regulations
Brought collections of legal texts and reprints of the legislation cannot contain comments or notes, only references to other laws / Sections.
BE113E Introduction to financial accounting. In addition normal progression on the bachelor program is expected.
