Introduction to Property Development
RET1006
The course is only open for students on the program Bachelor in Real Estate.
Knowledge:
Students shall upon successful completion of the course have the following learning outcomes:
- An introduction to the law governing the relationship between the buyer and the seller from the sale of real property
- The rules concerning the agreement and the law concerning the registration of real estate
- Different forms of provision of security
Skills:
On successful completion of the course students have attained skills in:
- The framework conditions for the exercise of the real estate profession, including the requirements for the enterprise, the real estate broker and the requirements for completion of an assignment.
- The law governing the relationship between buyer and seller. Students will be able to identify the relevant legal provisions that regulate the basic conditions within real estate.a
Paid semester fee and syllabus literature. It is also required that students have a laptop at their disposal.
Compulsory
Lectures and group work.
The study programme is evaluated annually by students by way of course evaluation studies. These evaluations are included in the universitys quality assurance system.
The course has digital aids in Lovdata Pro exam mode, with limitations. Up to two copies of the general (non-legal) spelling dictionary may be brought, regardless of language/language. Incorporations are not allowed. No other aids are allowed during the exam beyond the general ones; PC, pen, ruler, simple calculator and up to 2 bilingual dictionaries.
