Law for Estate Agents II
On successful completion of the course the student should have the following learning outcomes:
Knowledge:
- Law for estate agents II is for students to be able to fulfill tasks in a real estate company linked to issues of ownership rights, prescription, easements and real property boundaries, acquisition of real property
- The law setting limits about how real estate can be used.
- The law relating to ownership forms of cooperative apartment and condominium units
- Have very good knowledge of the law that applies to the sale of new housing.
- Have gained an introduction to the relevant legislation related to bankruptcy and claims.
Skills:
Students should be able to:
- Fulfill duties in a real estate company linked to issues of ownership rights and prescription, easements and real property boundaries, acquisition of real property and the law that sets limits on how real estate can be used.
- Deal with issues related to the law which deals with the sale of newly built housing and the sale of owner apartments and condominium apartments.

- Reprint of laws and regulations
