Relations and Social Problems in Modern Societies

SOA5007

The course focuses on theoretical perspectives relevant to the modern society, and how human relations interacts with societal factors and characteristics in relation to social problems and modern social phenomes. Sociological theories of health and illness, as well as sociology of emotions and perspectives on medicalization is weighted.
