Reporting violations
If you wish to report negative incidents or circumstances we urge you to use our notification form. You may use the form to report:
- Violations of laws and regulations
- Excluding work and study environment
- Sexual harassment
- Conditions that might harm the university or individuals at the university
- Other negative or harmful situations and circumstances
Report deviation
Deviations may concern:
- Security interests: Breaches related to safety and preparedness that may harm the university, individuals, or national interests.
- Privacy: Errors and/or deviations in connection with manual or electronic processing of personal data. Read more about privacy.
- Health, Safety and Environment (HSE): Undesirable incidents that have caused or may cause harm to people, the environment, or property, as well as violations of HSE regulations.
Report improvement suggestions
Improvement suggestions are observations that may provide a basis for improvement, for example in routine descriptions or work processes.
Ombudsperson for students
The ombudsperson for students is an independent and impartial person whose role is to advise students at Nord University in cases related to their studies and academic situation.
