Dolores works at the Division of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Her research interests are focused on technology transfer and IPR (including IPR management). During recent years she has been foremost conducting research in the field of IPR-based university-industry collaboration and technology transfer. Her other recent interest includes patent informatics (currently PI of an European Patent Office grant) and circular economy.
Dolores has experience from the private and public sector. She was a JSPS Fellow in Japan (2016-2018) and a Fulbright Scholar in U.S.A. (2015).
She has also participated in more than 15 projects (sponsored by funding agencies in Europe, USA and Asia), with various roles: project author, PI, team member and as coordinator. As such, she often works or coordinates (international) teams consisting of individuals from different sectors.
