I am a PhD Research Fellow in the innovation and entrepreneurship division at Nord University Business School. My PhD Research project focuses on inclusive entrepreneurship and specializes in minority entrepreneurship. It specifically deals with entrepreneurs with disabilities (EWDs), focuses on EWDs challenges and opportunities, explores access to resources, policy impacts, and the socio-economic contributions of minority-owned businesses, and aims to promote inclusivity and equitable growth.
My Research interests are in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion, and Crowdfunding.
