Research, teaching and dissemination related to professional education, vocational training and adult learning are key fields of interest for me.
I educate vocational teachers at bachelor's and master's level. As of today, I am a PhD candidate in professional science, where I write about vocational teachers' competence development. In addition, are concerned with how technology promotes learning.

In my research I use both qualitative and quantitative methods. My PhD project is about vocational teachers' competence development and has a Mixed Methods design, and is written article based. I expect to deliver the PhD in 2025.
