My main research topics are Jewish-Christian relations and Biblical and theological interpretation (hermeneutics), and I have published books and articles in both fields.

As member of a research project on rural edication (Forskning i rurale utdanningslandskap (FRU) (nord.no)), I also conduct research and give lectures on the development of distance and online learning in primary and secondary education in the Circumpolar world, studying both pedagogic and governance perspectives
