I am a Professor of Innovation and Sustainable Organization at the Business School, Nord University. My research focuses on how innovation and sustainability interact within organizations and logistics-related systems, particularly in Arctic and coastal regions.

My academic interests include sustainable supply chains, ports and transport infrastructure, as well as the governance of technological change and environmental transitions. I also work with research-based teaching and educational development related to green transformation and international collaboration.

I am affiliated with the MOL (Market, Organization and Leadership) department at the Business School and have previously collaborated closely with the Centre for High North Logistics. I have participated in several national and international projects focusing on the Arctic, Europe, and Latin America.

Since 2025, I have held an Arctic Six Chair for the project "Exploring the Development and Integration of Arctic Transportation Corridors", in partnership with institutions in Finland and Norway. The project combines research and education in sustainable logistics in the Barents region and contributes to international cooperation among Arctic universities.

In 2024 and 2025, I was also a visiting researcher at ISBlue / Chaire Polaire, at the European Institute for Marine Studies (IUEM) and the AMURE research center in Brest, France, hosted by Anne Choquet.
