My educational background is in sociology, with a focus on management and organisational studies. I hold a Master's degree in Knowledge Management from Nord University, as well as quantitative and qualitative methodology courses from NTNU and Copenhagen Business School. In addition to pedagogy from Nord University, I have a Bachelor's degree in journalism from OsloMet.

My professional experience ranges from working as a news journalist to serving as a municipal community developer and strategy advisor. In recent years, as a university lecturer and PhD fellow at the Department of Organisation, Management and Working Life, I have primarily worked with teaching, supervision and research.

I teach and supervise students in the Master's programme in Knowledge Management (Knowledge Management) and the Bachelor's and Master's programmes in Human Resource Management (Bachelor's in Human Resource Management (HRM), Master's in Human Resource Management (HRM)).

As a member of the SOLA (Society, Organisation, Leadership and Working Life (Samfunn, organisasjon, ledelse og arbeidsliv) research group, I am involved in issues related to working life and how social changes affect organisations (Samfunn, organisasjon, ledelse og arbeidsliv (SOLA)). In my PhD project, I am working specifically with the Nordic model and leadership in international companies.
