I am a assistant professor at the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences at North University. My professional background is as a nurse with a master's degree in mental health work, and I also have pedagogical expertise through PPU, UNPED, EVUPED, basic and intermediate courses in pedagogy, as well as methodology courses in autoethnographic methods and qualitative research.

Before I started at North University in 2022, I had extensive experience in mental health work, both as an employee and manager in municipal and specialist health services. I am particularly concerned that research and development work should contribute to increased educational quality and at the same time strengthen professional development in the field of practice.

I teach at various departments within the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences at North University. My teaching topics include mental health work and nursing management and service development at bachelor's level, as well as change management and process management at postgraduate level.

I am particularly interested in interaction, co-creation, organisational processes, health management and strength-based change processes. In addition, I am involved in internal collaborative projects focusing on culture, health and society.

My R&D work is characterised by curiosity about educational development work and co-creation, coordination, relational capacity and cross-organisational collaboration. I actively participate in research groups and am a member of two at North University: the Research Group for Forskningsgruppe for psykisk helse(Mental Health) and Equal Participation in Society and Marginalised Groups. I work within a expert group Faggruppe Helsetjenesteinnovasjon (Health Service Innovation, Interaction and Management specialist group).
