Research Group for Society, Organization, Leadership, and Working life (SOLA)
The SOLA research group was established in January 2025. The members have interdisciplinary expertise in sociology — particularly work and organizational sociology —organizational psychology, leadership, political science, and economics.
The group’s activities are organized so that all members have two or more responsibilities related to research activities. Group activities include “research quarters,” where members present ongoing research, updates on upcoming conferences, recently published articles related to organizational and working life research and calls for research funding. An academic writing retreat is held once per semester.
