Industrial Marketing

The course starts with an introduction to marketing and its most important concepts. This is used as a starting point to discuss different theoretical perspectives on industrial relationships and the challenges firms face when other firms and organizations are customers. The connection between companies, relationships and industrial networks is emphasized. Themes: Industrial purchasing, Strategy in industrial markets, International Marketing, Market oriented product development, Development of customer- and supplier relationships, Managing customer relationships.
Paid semester fee and syllabus literature. It is also required that students have a laptop at their disposal.
Compulsory
The study programme is evaluated annually by students by way of course evaluation studies. These evaluations are included in the universitys quality assurance system.
