Programme description
The Master’s program in Knowledge Management develops reflective practitioners with both theoretical understanding and practical skills to lead knowledge development and change processes. The core idea of the program is that learning is created through collaboration among students and through dialogue between students and academic staff. The program emphasizes work and development processes, with key topics including learning, strategy, digitalization, and creativity. This is an experience-based master’s program worth 90 ECTS credits. The program is part-time and organized as a series of in-person sessions at Nord University, Levanger campus. One session takes place at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Copenhagen. The focus on collective work processes and learning environments means that students are expected to attend the sessions. The program is a continuing education offer for leaders in all types of organizations and is adapted for people in full-time employment. Admission takes place every autumn, with the program starting in January.
