About the project
We pair cutting edge digital tools with human-centered thinking to help teachers and students thrive in the algorithmic era. By learning, experimenting, and co-creating, participants gain real skills in AI, digital literacy, and ethical judgment — not just for tomorrow, but for the world they’ll build.
FutureSkill+ Alliance is a two year Erasmus+ KA220-SCH cooperation partnership (2025–2027), coordinated by Nord University, with six visionary partners across Europe. The project addresses a pressing challenge in secondary education: how to integrate artificial intelligence into teaching and learning in a way that’s meaningful, fair, and engaging.
Our aim is to equip educators and learners with hands-on AI skills, boost their confidence in digital environments, and cultivate a culture of responsible technology use. We do this through:
- International mobilities: teacher-student exchanges to share practices and perspectives
- Co-creation of modular AI teaching units: adaptable, cross-disciplinary lesson materials
- Interactive ethical scenarios: provoking reflection on bias, privacy, and agency
- The FutureSkill+ online platform: a hub for resources, collaboration, and community
With more than 1,250 direct participants and anticipated ripple effects reaching over 11,250 educators and students, FutureSkill+ is more than a project, it’s a catalyst for change in European education.
