Spring Semester (Semester 1, starts in February): 30 June of the previous year.
Autumn Semester (Semester 2, starts in August): 30 November of the previous year.
Høstsemester (Semester 2): Begins in early August and ends in late November.
Vårsemester (Semester 1): Starts in late February and concludes in late June.

Students are recommended to get student insurance. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is waived for Norwegian students.
